Yoga as a Practice of Awareness

Yoga, for me, it is a practice of cultivating awareness through breath, movement and presence, creating space to reconnect with ourselves in a way that feels both grounded and sustainable.

My classes draw primarily from Vinyasa Yoga, where breath and movement flow together to build strength, mobility and ease. Alongside these more dynamic practices, I also teach Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, offering opportunities to slow down, rest deeply and integrate the demands of everyday life. Together, these approaches create a balanced practice that supports both vitality and resilience.

For over twenty years I have shared yoga with people from many different cultures and backgrounds. What continues to inspire me is witnessing how the practice gently invites us towards greater honesty, compassion and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.

One-to-One Yoga

Alongside group classes, I offer personalised one-to-one yoga programmes for those seeking individual guidance.

These sessions are offered as a five-session package, giving us the opportunity to develop a practice that responds to your body, your lifestyle and your goals. Whether you are returning to yoga, recovering from stress or injury, looking to deepen your existing practice, or simply wanting more individual attention, our work together evolves at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Interested in working together? Send a message!

If you’re unsure whether one-to-one sessions are the right fit or group sessions, I’d be happy to have an informal conversation about your needs and how we might work together.
